“Why Now?!” (Is it ever a good time to get sick?)

Fever & Chicken Soup

No, I don’t think there is ever a good time to get sick, pretty much any time you get sick it’s a bad time but, there are definitely worse times to get sick… like this past week.  I’m finally at the tail end of a nasty cold/virus that put me out of commission for a little over a week and I had things to do!   Continue reading “Why Now?!” (Is it ever a good time to get sick?)

Just Breathe.

Just Breathe. I’m coming to realize that anything done with mindfulness becomes a joyous act… but nothing demonstrates this more clearly than conscious breathing. It’s amazing to me that something we do automatically our entire lives can have such an immediate positive effect on our being whenever done consciously.  I’m coming to realize that anything done with mindfulness becomes a joyous act… but nothing demonstrates this more clearly than conscious breathing.

When in doubt, try asking your body!

This past week, I heard multiple references to Muscle Testing on back-to-back (yet unrelated) Hay House Radio shows and it really sparked my interest.  I’ve heard this technique mentioned before, but never really gave it any further thought.  I’ve even seen it demonstrated as a sales technique for healing magnets, energy bracelets, even Philip Stein Teslar Watches.  Continue reading When in doubt, try asking your body!
